What is RedToll Interactive Security Service?
RedToll is a patent pending service that lets people Monitor, Verify, Remind or
Secure family members, employees or clients in various situations. The use of
the service can be unique, depending on each person or organizations
requirement.

How does RedToll work?
RedToll is an automated calling service that lets a Monitoring person (parent,
child, employer, doctor) schedule phone calls to the Monitored person (parent,
child, employee, client, patient) with the intent of getting a verification of
well-being or presence. In case of inability to contact the Monitored Person,
RedToll will contact the Monitoring Person and inform them – based on which they

Who should use the service?
RedToll users are diverse and it is designed for anyone who has a need to
Monitor, Verify, Remind or Secure someone on a regular basis; without being
intrusive and at an economical cost. Some areas of use include monitoring of
family members (senior citizens, children),
verification of off-site or night
shift employees, patients, customers and
individuals for securing themselves.

Why should I use the service?
The service was conceptualized based on personal experiences of situations
which required a solution. These situations are routine, but so far had no
straight forward solution. RedToll is an automated, easy and cost effective
method to take care of situations that require periodic monitoring,
verification, reminding or checking in – while providing the peace of mind, that
you will be alerted in case a situation arises.

How does the 14 days Free Trial work?
The RedToll 14 days Free Trial lets users sign up for an account, get
verified and use the service for up to 14 days and understand the value of this
new service. The user can cancel the service at any time during the trial
period, with no obligation.

How do you verify my identity?
The monitoring person is verified by validating email address, phone and credit
card information. This is done with the purpose of discouraging people from
misusing the service. The process is automated and can be completed within
minutes.

What does it cost?
The service cost $9.99 per month per monitored person and includes up to 30
minutes of phone calls.
Each call is estimated to be duration of 1 minute.
Calls over and above these 30 minutes are charged as $0.20 per minute.
The Monthly service fee is to be prepaid in the beginning of the month, while
the additional calls will be invoiced along with the next months invoice.

How many people can I monitor?
There is no limit on how many persons can be monitored by a single user account.
Note: The service charges are based on per user monitored and not on the
monitoring person.
Example: If a user monitors 3 individuals, the cost of service will be 3 x $9.99
per month, plus any extra usage minutes over and above the 30 minutes per user.

How many people can I send an alert to?
Alerts can be sent to up to 3 persons. The alerts are sent simultaneously to
all individuals by calling them and sending an email.

Can I call at a fixed or random time?
Calls can be placed at either fixed of random times.
Fixed time: Calls can be placed at 15 minutes intervals.
Random time: Setting allows users to pick 'From' and 'To' time slot, during
which the service sets up a random time to call.

How often can I monitor or verify a person?
A person can be monitored of verified as often as is needed. Multiple
schedules can be setup for an individual for each day of the week.
Schedule examples:
- Call every morning at 7.00 AM
- Call every evening between 6.00 PM and 7.00 PM
- Setup separate schedules for weekday and weekends

Can I schedule a call to start at a future date?
Yes, calls can be scheduled to start and end at future dates.

What happens if a person does not answer the phone?
If a person does not answer the phone or the call goes to an answering machine,
the service immediately prepares a redial schedule based on the setup
preferences for that user.
The setup information includes:
- Start Date
- End Date
- How many times to call person, before raising an alert
- The gap between successive phone calls, when redialed
In case there is no response even after the last scheduled call, an alert is
raised immediately. The service calls the monitoring persons and sends them an
email with status information.

Can I get RedToll to call back and check again without resetting the schedule?
Yes, the monitored person can request to be called back when they receive a
call. The call will be redialed based on the setup preferences for that user.

How do I know how many calls have been placed?
Login to your account and see Call History for the monitored person. The details
show information about initial contact call, redialed calls, alerts and their
related information.
