What is a Private Redtoll? |
A Private Redtoll is meant strictly for the recipient. Once a comment is posted,
the recipient will be sent an email informing them that they have been
Redtolled. The recipient will not know who the sender is and will have to view
the comment at the Redtoll website.
Only the recipient and sender will be able to see the comment. |

Do I need to login to see a Private Redtoll? |

No - You can click on the link on the Redtoll email notification and view the
message. |

Can anyone else see the Private Redtoll that was sent to me? |
|
We check the validity of each request to view a Redtoll and make sure that your
Redtoll is not seen by others. Please make sure that your Redtoll email
notification is secure and not seen by others. |

Yes – You need to login to send a Private Redtoll. |

Can a recipient block receipt of emails? |
|
In case the recipient has opted to unsubscribe and not receive messages, we will

Yes, you may delete a Private Redtoll that was received by you. You will need to
login and delete the message. |

What is a Public Redtoll? |
A Public Redtoll can be viewed by any user who searches and finds comments that
were posted as ‘Public Redtolls’. If the sender provides the recipients email
address, the recipient will be sent an email informing them that they have been
Redtolled. The recipient will not know who the sender is and will have to view
the comment at the Redtoll website.
All users will be able to see the comment. |
